The adoptive parents of the above named puppy/kitten agrees to the following conditions:

1. You agree to provide shelter, food, water and love to the above named puppy/kitten.

2. You agree to provide whatever veterinary attention the above named puppy/kitten requires during his/her life.

3. You agree to never abandon (or dump) the above named puppy/kitten, or hand the above named puppy/kitten over to any shelter, pound or rescue, for any reason! If you cannot keep the puppy or kitten, you agree to find the puppy/kitten a new, loving home, or contact me and I will help you find the puppy/kitten a new home. Shelters, Pounds and Rescues are not acceptable new "homes" for these sweet angels.

4. You agree to have the above named puppy/kitten spayed or neutered (NO EXCEPTIONS!) and if asked, will provide me with documentation that the surgery has been performed. These animals exist because uncaring and irresponsible pet owners did not spay or neuter their pets. The pet over population is directly responsible for countless deaths of homeless, unwanted animals the world over. If there are financial constraints regarding this operation, I can help you find a low-close spay/neuter clinic, and can even transport the puppy/kitten for you. I am very serious about spay/neuter. Please be a responsible, caring pet owner!

Your puppy/kitten is up-to-date on shots and worming, as of the adoption date. You will be provided with a certificate of their vacinations, as well as a bag of the food they have been eating while we've been fostering them. The kittens will also come with a small bag of kitty litter, and the puppies will come with matching collars and leashes. These feline and canine companions are living, breathing creatures and they are not "throw away" commodities. Please keep in mind the future cost of properly caring for your new fur friend before adopting. Food, shelter, vet bills, possible boarding while on vacation, all needs to be taken into consideration. Please do NOT adopt ANY pet if you cannot afford these expenses!

Puppies and kittens are cute and adorable, and they steal our hearts. There's no doubt about that. But they also grow into dogs and cats, and many people no longer find them quite so cute, and lose interest. Please consider the fact that they will only be babies for a few months, but will be adults for years and years. PLEASE do NOT adopt any pet you are not prepared to love and care for even when the "cuteness factor" wears off.

I know what "Bunchers" are, and they are not welcome. I have a list of known "Bunchers" in this area, and will require a drivers license before allowing any adoption, and reserve the right to check up on the future wellbeing of any animal I adopt out.

Although we are NOT affliated with the Humane Society, we would greatly appreciate a one time, tax-deductable, minimum donation of $15 to our Local Humane Society if you adopt one of our puppies or kittens, in support of the wonderful work they do for homeless dogs and cats. Even if you don't adopt a puppy or kitten, please consider supporting our local Humane Society, either with a cash donation, or donations of dry dog, cat, puppy or kitten food, blankets for bedding, kitty litter, or call and ask them what else they might be in need of.
