Oz was adopted by a wonderful family, and we are so grateful that this adorable kitty has a loving, caring Forever Home!

Here are some facinating facts about Oz:


**Oz was first born, first to crawl, first to nurse, first to walk instead of crawl, and second to open his eyes. Well, you can't be first at everything!

** Oz became known as our little "explorer", because while the other kittens ate or slept, Oz was busy checking out every corner of the nursery! He is still very adventurous!

** Oz also became our escape artist, able to scale the highest box side, or slip through the smallest nook, cranny or hole! On vet visits, he would somehow get out of the carrier, leaving his less daring siblings behind!

** Like Kibo, Oz has "Doll Faced" Persian characteristics. With long, fluffy hair, round head and somewhat flat face (thus, the "Doll Faced" Persian appearance that was the standard decades ago), Oz has captured every heart that has crossed his path!

** Named "Oz" in honor of a good friend from Australia (Oz being a nickname for Australia) who is also a Veterinary Assistant, Oz got to keep his name when he was adopted! Yay, Oz!

** Oz was also unofficially named "kitten most likely to be adopted first" within weeks of his birth.....and he was!
